Return and Exchange Policy

No Reason Return Not Accepted

We do not accept returns without a reason. Once the product has been received and used, returns or exchanges due to "not meeting expectations" or "unsatisfactory performance" will not be accepted.
Malicious refusal to accept goods will not be processed for return or refund. If the package is refused upon delivery without any valid reason, no refund will be provided. Since we use international logistics, the shipping cost is typically higher than the product price and requires destruction, refusing the package causes significant loss to us.

Return Policy

  • Return Validity: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and unopened. A valid order proof must be provided for returns.

  • How to Return: Please contact us via email at product@sanseking.com to request a return and provide your order number.

  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and reviewed, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that the refund time may be delayed depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Conditions: If the product has quality issues or problems like incorrect size or color, you can request an exchange within 3 business days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange Requirements: The product must be unused, unopened, and retain the original packaging and all accessories.

  • Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees incurred during the exchange process (such as return and reshipment fees) will be borne by the customer unless the product has significant quality issues or damage.

  • Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service team first, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Items

  • Quality Issues: Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects or damages, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

  • Incorrect Items: If the product you received is not what you ordered, you can request an exchange or return.

  • Minor Damage: For minor damage (such as scratches or small dents), we may offer a partial refund or replacement. The exact compensation amount will depend on the degree of damage.

  • Refused Items: If you refuse the package without contacting customer service in advance, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and it may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
