I just find it unacceptable that you all just threw on a usps label and didnt even put the item in a cardboard box. Outta all my years ordering stuff online that was very shady and unsafe. No protection? Could have gotten stolen. For 42.99 the least you could do is pack customers items in cardboard boxes. Not just stick the label on the the plastic of the binder packaging.
